Guest access Our property is located in a prime location, surrounded by restaurants, bars, snack bars, pharmacies, markets, currency exchange, travel agency, banks, shops, open-air markets and handicrafts, Cantagalo subway station, taxis, buses, Ubers. Coming by car, we have parking on the street with reliable parking attendants, we have paid parking nearby although there is no need. Cross the street and you are on the beach, wishing to go to Leme, Ipanema, Leblon, Pedra do Arpoador, easy access walking along the waterfront. The night calls for a dip, where friends, children, families have fun on the very well-lit sand. Other things to note This apartment is part of a strictly family condominium, where the Internal Regulations do not allow acts that may cause discomfort to residents: Loud noise, parties, drinking, fights, drugs of any kind (marijuana, cocaine, alcohol, etc.), sex programs, noise...
