Our new villa opened last June 2020, with a stylish modern concept and bright colors, with a fairly long infinity pool and views of the vast expanse of rice fields, making your holiday very enjoyable and memorable. This villa is suitable for holidays with friends or family. The space Welcome to Rapuan Raya Mas Ubud. This stunning two bedrooms villa is brand new and has been completed kitchen and bar. It is completely enclosed and can be locked up at night from inside. Where this villa have two long chair at the pool with umbrella for enjoy the sun with rice filed view and garden grassed area at behind. Perfect for kids as they can run around and enjoy the space side by kitchen bar. There are two spacious bedrooms. Each bedroom has a King size bed, complete with extra pillows and a pillow-top mattress. The bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and all have their own sofa bed. Each bedroom also has its own ensuite with beautiful modern ceramics wash basins, They really are beautiful. All bathrooms have soft fluffy white towels, bathmats and face washers. The bedrooms have high thread count sheets and a number of different pillows with varying levels of firmness. It is possible for us to add up to two extra beds / one extra bed each in the room as requested with additional cost. The living and dine table area is favourite place in the villa. No air conditioner ( because its open, breezy and really beautiful view facing to pool and rice field view ). with large 3,0 long Solid wood table and chairs with enough seating for 6 people. All the furniture has been handmade and designed exclusively for our villa! and we have two chairs and small table in front of each room which are ideal for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful of the pool and rice filed view. In the morning you can enjoy the sunrise with rice field view from outside or in the room. There is a fully appointed kitchen that includes a gas cooktop, large fridge, hot and cold water dispenser, microwave . There is also crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Our lovely staff arrange for a selection of food available at a small cost incase you don't have time to go to the shops, including beer, chips and fruit. The pool is truly magnificent and an absolute delight to swim in! We have two different depth levels which are perfect for relaxing or for children to play. The two shortest depths are approximately 40 and 80 cm. Our wifi is currently unlimited 20 Mbps. We get this 'most' of the time, however please be aware that it may drop out occasionally as the provider still fixed the problem . Guest access You will have access to the entire villa, pool and garden areas. We have Big Parking with shared parking area for bikes and cars. We have public restaurant & huge public pool facing to Richfield view side the villa. You can enjoy and purchased with extra cost Other things to note Bali is a tropical island with all of its amazing biodiversity. You may find plenty of various animals in Bali, ranging from the endangered exotic creature until common house animals you’ve seen every day like Lizard and Gecko or small insects like ants and mosquitoes. We do our best to control mosquito population in our villa by doing fumigation once a month and clean the villa thoroughly every day but we cannot eradicate all. However, we always provide mosquito spray asper request. ATTENTION : Did you know how survive Bali with this condition ? There are still more than 60% of accommodations in Bali that are not yet operational and are still waiting for tourism to really return to normal with various property conditions that require preparation of funds to re-operate. our property survives to remain operational in the current pandemic situation by reducing staff, amenities, water & electricity supply, this affects very affordable prices by adjusting the above for the property to remain operational. The entire property was established in 2020 , maintenance is still being carried out but not major repairs , this causes unpredictable cases to occur during your stay . You will find damp and cracked building walls in several places, water & electricity that goes out for 1-2 hours, water filter & swimming pool lights that only run for 6 hours a day, water flow is not heavy, trouble air-con , hot water only works 10 minutes and it will take 30 minutes to return, smelly water when turned on (using drilled water), the above can happen. if you have expectations with the facilities and conditions of the property when it is not a pandemic, then our property is not suitable for you. take a look at our review for reference !
