This 3 bedroom/ 2.5 bathroom is located 2 blocks away from the beach (2nd street from Ruta 10 & Av. Hector Soria) Casa Maui is a modern house with top of the line appliances, along with custom & imported furniture. The space The house is brand new & just built in 2021/2022. As you walk in the front door you enter the large living room with a big fire place to your right and a large 65” TV right above it. Immediately to your left as you enter there is a closet for shoes, jackets ect. As you enter through the living room looking left you can find the kitchen, kitchen island and bar area. The living room & kitchen area is all one big space. The Kitchen area has a big 4 sheet sliding door window that is great for indoor/outdoor living feel during summer months. These sliding door windows lead to the outdoor wood patio/dining table/BBQ area. The downstairs consist of the living room, kitchen, guest bathroom, laundry room and as you walk to the other corner of the house you will find the Master Suite Bedroom with a king size bed, big walk in closet & a luxurious bathroom (bathtub, 2 sinks, rainfall shower, bidet and toilet). The Master Suite has a big sliding door window that leads straight to the pool or patio/BBQ area. By renting our home you have access to every room in the house. We only rent the Entire Home.
