Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. The space Kulun, inspired by desert landscapes, uses burnt orange tones with a rustic design throughout the 75 square meter space. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and 2 balconies. The open plan kitchen, featuring varnished wooden cabinets, has all cooking utensils and appliances. There is a sleek black round dining table between the kitchen and lounge area. An alcove, painted in red. serves as a work area with custom-made desk and and wooden shelves. The living room features a sofa facing Smart TV and vinyl bluetooth speakers, and leads to an outdoor balcony. The main bedroom is spacious with ensuite bathroom and ample storage. The queen-size bed has an impressive custom-made wooden headboard. There is access to a second balcony. The second bedroom is unique with a hand-made hanging fabric over the queen-sized bed. The second bathroom is in the hallway. For comfort, this apartment comes equipped with air conditioning in the Living Room and in one Bedroom. Both bathrooms have showers, and all bed & bath linens are provided. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts. *This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Ukio may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements. The information provided may be submitted to the relevant registry and/or administrative authority in accordance with Catalan regulations. Other things to note To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
