This lovely studio space is located within a classic Victorian house that is a San Diego historical landmark built in 1886. The exterior is preserved maintaining its traditional charm, and interior features a modern contemporary-chic living quarter, a comfortable, custom-made queen bed, al small private bathroom with a tub/shower and newly furnished decor and furniture throughout the space. This studio is perfect for a single or couple looking for a quiet, quaint getaway. The space Conveniently located five minutes away from downtown, South Park, North Park, and immediately accessible to San Diego's major freeways, making the studio centralized to everything that America's Finest City has to offer! The studio comes complete with a custom designed queen bed, a refurbished small bathroom with clean towels and linens and a hot shower (tub/shower unit). The studio also has a closet space for your personal belongings and clothing, pull-out drawers, and a lovely living space with a comfortable, new couch to relax and unwind. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire space all to themselves; the kitchen, living room, closets and cupboards, the bathroom and tub/shower, the master bedroom. This space is a private unit and is located in an original large Victorian Home. Please be respectful of others and no loud noise/music after 10pm. Return keys in lockbox when you check out. We are currently redecorating the main lobby and hall with detailed wood work. This will not impact entry or accessibility to the unit. Other things to note Discounts are automatically calculated with bookings one week or longer, as well as bookings of one month or longer. We are family owned and operate and we do our best to accommodate our guests and make their stay. Due to the popularity of the property, early check-in is at times not possible - it is best to inquiry and pre-arrange early check in at the time when you book your stay. Guests can message us to arrange to drop off luggage prior to check-in time. Our health and safety practices are designed to address a broad spectrum of viruses, including COVID-19. We continue to use cleaning and disinfecting protocols recommendation by CDC after guests depart and before the next guest arrives, with particular attention paid to high-touch items.
