Even a hop and a skip away from Old Market Square which hosts The Fringe Festival & Nuit Blanche to name a few. If you’re staying with us for a while, there are beautiful walking paths along the river and parks nearby. This suite is spacious, 1700 sq ft. and high ceilings that measure 11 ft. The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the suite which gives privacy if travelling with colleagues, friends or family. The master bedroom is equipped with a cozy queen bed and has a walk in closet that leads to the en-suite bathroom. The en-suite bathroom is tiled, equipped with ample storage and a large glass rainfall shower...definitely a luxurious feel! The second bedroom is located across the hall and is spacious (equipped with a cozy queen bed). Right beside is the second bathroom with a large soaker tub. In the dining you’ll find a beautiful walnut table that has plenty of seating. This is great for families that are travelling together and want to prep meals at their temporary home. For our guests intending to buckle down and get some work done. We have you covered. A dedicated work space with a desk and a chair. We realize during the pandemic that people are working from home. With the high speed wi-fi and dedicated working space; you’ll be able to focus fully. The south facing windows allow for natural light to fill the space. Outside the master and living room area are exceptional views of the downtown. However, for sensitive sleepers there are blinds located on all windows within the loft. There is en-suite laundry included, hairdryers, Keurig coffee machine with pods, high speed Wi-Fi, Netflix & tea. The kitchen is great to cook in and allows for ease when prepping meals. Guest access Entire space is for guest use; no one else will be there. Other things to note As part of our commitment to providing you with a seamless experience, we have arranged for a starter kit to be in the unit for your convenience. The starter kit includes essential items such as toilet paper, dishwasher pods, garbage bags, dish soap, hand soap, and laundry pods. These items will help you get started with your stay, and we hope they make settling into the unit a little easier for you. However, we would like to remind you that guests should plan to bring their own coffee/tea, as well as spices and cooking products. While we have provided the essentials, we encourage you to personalize your stay and make it your own by bringing your favorite foods and flavors. Check out: The FOB and garage door opener provided during your stay, has to be returned to the unit (in the exact location you found them in). These items are important for the security and safety of the unit, and we appreciate your cooperation in returning them. Please take a moment to review our pet policy below: Pet Fee A non-refundable pet fee of $7 per day is charged for each stay. Registration It’s important to register your pet during the booking process. Please provide details about your pet (breed, size, special requirements, etc.). Unregistered pets may result in extra charges or reservation cancellation. Pet Behaviour Guests are responsible for their pet’s behaviour. Any damage or disturbances caused by your pet may result in repair or cleaning fees. Leash Policy: Pets must be kept on a leash in all common areas, except in designated off-leash zones. Noise Control: Please be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours. Excessive barking or disruptive behaviour may require you to address the issue, or in extreme cases, may lead to eviction without refund. Crating and Alone Time: For safety reasons, pets must be crated if left alone in the accommodation. Please also ensure pets don’t bark excessively when left alone. Furniture and Bedding: Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Any cleaning or damage to these items will be your responsibility. Pet Waste: Guests are expected to clean up after their pets. Waste disposal bags are provided, and failure to clean up may incur additional cleaning fees. Walking Your Pets: We ask that you walk your pet away from the building and pick up after them. Designated pet-relief areas may be available. Pet-Related Cleaning Charges: Any extra cleaning required due to pet-related incidents will be charged back to you.
