Louisburgh is an excellent village to use as a base to explore the lovely coastline and countryside. There is no smoking on the property, inside or out. The space This comfortable two bedroom/two bathroom apartment in Louisburgh has gorgeous views from two balconies of the Bunowen River, Croagh Patrick and Mweelrea. The first floor comprises one bedroom with two single beds, a second bedroom has a king bed, and a bathroom w/electric shower. The top level features a sitting room/dining room/kitchen combo, and in the hallway is another full bath with tub. The dining area has a table that seats four. In the living area are a sofa and two easy chairs. The apartment is in good shape, but it's by no means a luxury unit. There's a kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, washer/dryer combo, oven, cooktop, plates, pots, pans, toaster. There's a TV in the primary bedroom, connected to the internet; you input your own Netflix password. Two minute walk to the centre of the village where you'll find a number of excellent restaurants, a Portuguese bakery/deli, a very cool coffee house, pubs, a pharmacy, a small grocery store and a top-notch independent bookshop. The walk to Carrowmore beach is about 10 mins from the apartment, and you can get to Old Head beach in about 5 minutes driving. Twenty minute drive into charming Westport. There is no smoking anywhere on the property, inside or out. Guest access There's room for one car in front of the apartment entrance, and a small carpark across the street. Everything in the village is a very short walk away. Please note that the apartment is on the top two storeys of a 3 storey building, and there are a fair number of steps to navigate. Other things to note Recycling is across the street.
