There are three bedrooms, one of which is an en-suite. The three bedrooms have air conditioning. Wi-Fi, TV in the living room and in the suite. We have mattresses if you need them. For example, if you have booked a night and arrive at 9 a.m., you must leave the next day at 9 a.m. as well. In case you need extra time for checkout, we charge a fee. Check-in time: from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (the Condominium will not allow entry at a different time) ATTENTION: The condominium only accepts 8 people, including children and babies! *1*- Don't forget to provide the names and documents of all guests (remembering that the maximum is 8 people, including children and babies). *2*- Check-in can only be done from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. *3*- Shortly before arriving at the building, send a message to let the building know to clear the entrance. *4*- We have two parking spaces, the doorman will inform you which ones they are. *5*- The building has two blocks, so be aware of which elevator you will take (the doorman will instruct you). *6* - The building has beach service, so just call the front desk and ask them to take the sun umbrella and chairs. In high season they provide only two chairs, but on normal days they provide the quantity we ask for. *7*- We have air-conditioning in all the rooms. Please, when you leave the apartment, turn them all off. Please help us with the energy bill!!! *8* - Towels and bed linen are in the closet between the bedroom and the en-suite bathroom. *9*- The leisure area CANNOT be used during the high season (November to March). *10*- When you check out, please take out all the trash. *11* - If the gas runs out, there is a phone number to call on the fridge.
