An ideal place to connect with nature! Relax with your family in this simple, quiet and cozy accommodation. From the balcony you will have a beautiful view of the mountains, to the sound of birds and the clear water stream, a few meters from the house. Our large kitchen also has a wood-burning stove and the living room has a fireplace, ideal for the cold days of Serra da Mantiqueira. The property is 7 km from the charming district of São Francisco Xavier. We do not rent for parties and events. The space The house has a large balcony with a barbecue; a kitchen equipped with 2 refrigerators, a stove, blender, toaster, microwave and utensils. The kitchen has a clay filter. For each stay we provide: 2 tablecloths; 3 dishcloths. We DO NOT provide: bed linens, blankets and bath towels, which must be brought by the guest. There are 3 bedrooms, one of them is a suite, and we have another bathroom in the hallway. The voltage of the entire residence is 220 w. Because it is a rural area, power outages may occur on rainy and/or windy days. We have candles and emergency lights that we recommend you leave plugged in during your stay in case of need. LIMITED Internet - Claro modem with limited data package. Claro and Vivo mobile phones work on 4G, but may be unstable depending on weather conditions. The property is fenced but not screened. Therefore, if you have a pet, we recommend paying attention so that it does not cross the fence to neighboring properties and/or the road. At the entrance to the property there is a small house where a couple, a child and two small, docile dogs live. However, you will have privacy in the main house and all around it, as well as in the stream, spaces that are not used by these people. There is no garbage collection that passes through the properties, so we ask that you collect your garbage and deposit it in the collectors that exist along the road. Guest access Only the house at the entrance to the property is restricted. The other areas surrounding the main house, as well as the stream that passes through the site, are freely accessible to guests.
