Beautiful home located in the Trent River community. Minutes to Campbellford, Hastings, Norwood and Havelock. 30 minutes to Peterborough and approximately 1.5 hours from Toronto. The home is located right on the Trent river, perfect for fishing, swimming and relaxing on our 600 square foot deck. The space Main floor includes full kitchen, powder room, living room and dining room. Second level boasts 3 bedrooms. One with 2 double beds. The other has 1 double bed. Master bedroom has a queen bed and bunk beds(reserved for children only). There is a playpen available upon request. Outdoor space has a large deck great for bbqs (bbq offered seasonally) and taking in the amazing view! Private dock, great for fishing and relaxing. Please take caution when outside as this property in located right on the Trent river. Pillows and mattress protectors are provided but you must supply your own bedding (pillow cases, sheets, blankets) We provide bedding for the bunk bed only if bringing children. We provide shampoo/conditioner, hand soap, dish soap and sponge as well as hand towels. WiFi, Roku t.v and tons of dvds available, no cable. Fully winterized, available for rental all year round. Guest access Guests will have access to entire house with the exception of the garage and a couple of locked closets. Other things to note Water in the home is safe to drink, however, we do prefer bottled water
