Charming studio of 24 m² facing south with parquet, completely renovated. Accommodation on the 2nd floor without elevator access and spiral staircase with small steps. Not suitable for people with limited mobility. Located in the heart of downtown Caen, in a quiet paved courtyard, close to all amenities (bus, bakery, pharmacy, tobacco, laundromat, butcher, grocery store, supermarket, restaurants, etc.) The space - Studio of 24 m² on the 2nd floor without elevator and spiral stairs in an old building. - Sleeping area in the living area with a double bed 140 x 200, kitchen area (Senseo coffee machine: provide pods) and bathroom separate from the living/sleeping area. - The hot water tank has a small capacity, it is necessary to plan 10 minutes of shower and wait 30 minutes for it to recharge. Remember to close the water between each use during your shower. -> No shutters on the windows. You won't have complete darkness to sleep in. - Free Wi-Fi in the accommodation. - Folding crib available (please note, we do not provide the sheet for this one) - Studio located in a small building where there are neighbors above. It is therefore possible to hear them walking a few times, the parquet being quite squeaky in some places. 😊 - A few minutes' walk from the historic places of Caen: 5 minutes from the Abbaye aux Hommes (Town Hall), the city center and 15 minutes from Caen Castle and the marina. - The price of the cleaning includes cleaning and the supply of linen (One large towel provided per person, sheets, floor mats, dish towel...). - During your stay, we provide you with all the consumables to start your stay in the best conditions (Shower gel, toilet paper, garbage bag, paper towels...). It will be available the day before your arrival. Check-in is after 5:00 p.m. (luggage drop-off available from 1:00 p.m.) independently. Checkout is by 11:00 a.m. at the latest. Other things to note -> Studio type accommodation where the bed is in a corner of the living room -> You will not be able to adjust the radiators, you will have to send us a message. -> Our hot water tank has a capacity for a shower between 10 and 15 minutes.
