The Lake Nockamixon Art Farm Getaway

A secluded space in home on Lake Nockamixon Separate entrance to the second floor apartment. Enjoy the abundant artwork inside and out. Sunlit bedroom with walk-in closet, livingroom, full bathroom, full kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave). Fish and kayak on the lake. Walk, run or bike the trails inside Lake Nockamixon park. Explore nearby flea markets, antiques stores and wonderful restaurants and museums. The space I think you will find the inside apt space beautiful and comfortable. There is a full kitchen, full bath, dining and living room with cable TV. The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Outside, Go fishing on the stocked lake. Lake Nockamixon is the only certified Big Bass Lake east of Lake Arthur in the western part of the commonwealth. At the Lake Nockamixon park, you can rent a rowboat or motorboat (or fish from the banks) a single or double kayak, paddle board or paddle boat. On the property, shoot hoops and play tennis (rackets supplied) or stroll along the lake or hike up Haycock Mountain just up the street. Walk, run or bike the trails inside the Lake Nockamixon park or rent . Explore nearby flea markets and antiques stores and wonderful restaurants and museums. During your stay I am available 24/7 to assist you in person or via phone. Other things to note Base price is $130/night. Minimum stay is 2 nights. The host will discount your stay 10% stays for 4 - 13 days, 20% for a 2+ week stay, and 35% for a monthly stay. There is also the option to additionally occupy a second bedroom with 2 twin-sized beds for an additional $50 per night. There is an additional $30 per person per night charge for more than 2 guests. For example, 2 guests would be the base price of $130/night. 4 guests would be $190/night, 6 guests would be $250/night If there are 5 or 6 guests, you can open up the loveseat for a full-sized bed and/or use the foldable mattress stored in the walk-in closet which can be opened up and placed on the floor.
