A three-bedroom 2-story house located just a couple of minutes from downtown in a secluded neighborhood with a farm setting. The house is situated on 12 acres with a pond, horses, and other very friendly farm animals around. Fresh eggs are available for breakfast. All pets are welcome, including horses. The house has a farmhouse/lodge decor with queen beds in each room, a sofa bed in the living room and additional sofa bed, day bed and trundle bed. Children are welcome. The space The house is on a 12-acre gated property. It has a fenced yard for dogs to play in. There are separate pastures for horses with loafing sheds if needed. The pond is stocked with a dock for fishing, feeding the fowl a snack, or just sitting. We also have a kayak available for use. Any pets are welcome (except snakes). A variety of friendly animals find Sunnybrook Farm their home. Expect to encounter mini donkeys, dwarf goats, horses, chickens, bunnies, cats, and farm dogs named Anna and Shaggy. A very friendly deer named Faline is often spotted wandering around. We offer fresh eggs from our free-range chickens for you to make breakfast. There are picnic tables and outdoor games like volleyball, badminton, and cornhole. A BBQ is on the front porch along with a fire pit. Looking for some extra stress relief? Guests may visit with animals in their pastures and around the pond but need to close all gates behind them. Guests may also walk or ride bikes around the neighborhood - very little traffic here. Other things to note Please be respectful of the animals. Sorry no fireworks allowed.
