Country house with pool

Country house, quiet, bright and functional between Toulouse and Castres. Large terrace overlooking the pool. A welcome booklet will be available upon arrival, it contains all the information you need for the smooth running of your stay. A pool table is available for your evenings as well as a ping pong table. The house is 30 minutes from the entrance to Toulouse, and 1 hour from Albi, the Black Mountain and the Pyrenees are not far away. The sea is about 1.5/2 hours away. House and private pool. 4 large bedrooms each with 1 bed for 2 people, 2 shower rooms (ground floor and first floor) and 2 independent toilets (1 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor). Bioclimatic pergola on the south terrace overlooking the pool. Large gas plancha available on the terrace. This house is not suitable for people with disabilities (wheelchairs). Linens and bath towels are provided. To rest or visit exceptional places in our region, our house is well located. On the property is our dog who stays in his enclosure (it is quite far from the house and the pool), the neighbor passes in the morning to feed him, (he passes in the morning so as not to disturb in the afternoon when you are at the pool), he passes on one side of the house and does not disturb anyone, we have rented several times and everything went very well, the dog does not bark and the neighbor is very discreet. We also have a cat but he does his own thing, he has his cat flap in our private locked garage to which you do not have access, he sleeps inside, spends time on the property but does not disturb anyone. The swimming pool requires regular maintenance if you want to have a good stay with clear water, robot every day or every 2 days (morning or evening for 1h30), adding water (once a week depending on the weather) when the water drops and it is hot, a hose is just nearby. You should also think about covering the pool in the evening if you want to keep the water warm, there is a roller so it's not complicated. We only rent our house a few days a year (1–2 weeks). We are in the countryside so there are birds singing, roosters, tractors from time to time... But there is also tranquility. For any other booking requests or questions, send us a message. Groups of more than 8 people are not allowed. Guest access Access to the entire house except our private garage which will be locked as well as the outbuilding. Other things to note Children are the responsibility of parents and can only use the pool table under adult supervision (no pool table for children under 14 years of age). Regarding the pool, children who cannot swim must wear armbands and be under the supervision of an adult; infants and children who cannot swim cannot be left alone outside. The walls of our house are made of stone, so we ask our guests and children not to scratch the walls with branches or other items so as not to damage it. We will explain how to clean the pool as needed with the robot. We do not allow pets. We do not allow parties and evenings in our house, and people other than those planned are not allowed.
