This beautiful spacious studio apartment comes fully stocked, with a kitchen, utensils, coffee, spices, chocolates, and 55-inch TV console! It's in a prime location, off Ave J and Coney Island Ave, (the famous De Fara's Pizza,) with easy access to Manhattan by the Q train and bus lines, within two minutes of walking. The famous Coney Island beach, is only 30 minutes away by train! The place is good for anyone seeking a private place for work or vacation. Everyone, and pets, are welcome! The space The studio is a small private apartment with its own entrance, separate from the larger house. The room lets in a lot of natural light, with four windows, 3 in the bedroom, one in the bathroom. It's a small yet cozy place to stay for any amount of time! There is a comfortable full bed, (54x75), and a third twin-sized futon if a guest would like a separate bed to sleep on. A brand new 55 inch Samsung TV, for entertainment! Right outside, there is a bench for your use, if in need for some fresh air. There is also a basketball hoop that guests can use as much as they'd like. Guest access This is a private studio apartment, with its own side entrance. The room contains a small kitchenette complete with an oven and stove top, microwave, sink and counter, closets and shelf space, mini fridge, and a small table with two chairs. There is also a private bathroom with it's own shower stall, fully equipped with soaps, towels and shampoo. A new TV has just been put in. The entire space is your's for as long as you're there :) Other things to note Feel free to use the stove top and water boiler to prepare coffee or any other foods. There is a frying pan for eggs, and pots for cooking. Anything in the apartment is yours to use. For those who need anything else, there are two groceries right around the corner right next to a Dunkin' Doughnuts, and several delis, restaurants, and so on. :)
