Come stay a while - we'd love to have you :) The space Perfect for a 1-2 person booking, the master guest room features a King-size bed with Posturepedic Sealy mattress, built-in wardrobe & vanity table. Tucked at the rear of the property, the bedroom is wonderfully quiet with black-out blinds for an undisturbed sleep. You'll have your own private bathroom (inc full-size bath), plus shared access to the living room, balcony & kitchen - fully equipped with all the luxury mod-cons you'd expect. The apartment itself is a modern new-build, with all the comfort, security & warmth you'd expect - double glazing & zoned central heating keep things cosy through the 'milder' Scottish weather. Smart-home features include Nest Thermostats, Philips Hue lighting & Alexa-enabled speakers. Smart-home features in the bedroom are off by default, but easily switched on to suit you. And last but not least, say hello to our resident welcoming committee: two pugs, Toby (10) and Reggie (3)! Reggie is more enthusiastic about greeting new guests before trotting back to join Toby, who prefers to supervise from his bed. They're friendly, gentle souls - but if you’re not comfortable with dogs just consider this before booking ☺️ Guest access You'll have private access to your bedroom and the main bathroom, complete with a bath & a well-pressured shower. Enjoy free use of the kitchen and laundry facilities - gas cooker, microwave/smart oven, air fryer, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer & more. The living room offers a very comfy sofa and great entertainment options via the home cinema, including Netflix, Apple TV & Disney+. Step out onto the balcony for a relaxing spot to unwind on a warm day or evening. And finally, we're happy to reserve you a dedicated parking space and/or provide a key to a secure bike storage room. During your stay On occasion, one or both of us work from home - & guests are just as welcome to co-work alongside us in the kitchen or living room. We're happy to hang out with guests as much or as little as you'd like, & always glad to share advice on places to visit around the city/region. We're foodies at heart & love a good independent coffee/cake shop - always happy to share our favourite spots, whether nearby or further afield.
