"ARIA" apartment: relaxation area, breathtaking views

Our apartment is located at an altitude of 850 meters, surrounded by greenery and situated at the foot of the Pizzo Badile from which you can enjoy a beautiful view. At the back of the house there is a spacious garden with a barbecue area, and a few steps away only upon reservation and with an ADDITIONAL COST you can use the outdoor relaxation area with a wood-heated tub and Finnish sauna reserved for two and a half hours. It is a perfect place for couples but also for your furry friends. The space The entrance of the apartment is served by a large terrace, it is located on the ground floor and arranged on a single floor with an open plan kitchen and living room. Sofa that can become a bed and a double bedroom. Heating with pellet stove, also has TV in the living room. The home is equipped with a kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, tea kettle and coffee machine. The dedicated bathroom has a shower stall, toilet, bidet, sink, and courtesy kit. You will find breakfast available in the apartment: coffee, milk, jam, organic juice, alpine yogurt, cookies, and a fresh cake. You can also rent an e-bike within minutes with the possibility of guided tours. Another experience not to be missed is a tasting in the winery or in a brewery in the area. Guest access Guests will be able to use our "private" outdoor parking in front of the house. We remind you of the possibility with prior reservation of having the relaxation area reserved for two and a half hours (at an ADDITIONAL COST) and of the heated gazebo and when possible also of the products of our garden. The garden of the house IS NOT COMPLETELY FENCED and, there is the possibility of meeting our two dogs :) Availability of customized packages with aperitifs and a light evening meal.
