A modern Thai house, surrounding with tropical garden located in Maenam , suitable for 2 persons with 1 bed room , 1 bathroom , Kitchen and Living room to fulfilled your escape. For your pleasant stay , please kindly read all information clearly. The space House Space The house is 40 square meters. Living area : we have sofa bed which is able to turn to 3.5 ft bed , also there is a dining table with 2 chair nearby, up on the wall there is 32”SAMSUNG WiFi Smart TV Kitchen : We provide microwave , kettle , toaster , Induction Stove, refrigerator , knife , cutting board , plates , bowls , folks and spoons Bathroom : We provide body soap , shampoo , and hot water shower. Bedroom : We provide Queen size bed (6ft) ,pillows , blanket, Iron , Ironing board , lamp , safety box , AC , hairdryer and hangers. Parking area : Motorbike can be park in front of the house & Car can be park at the open yard near the house . Cleaning Fee : - House Cleaning is 800 THB/time (Including replace linens Dec s , pillow cases , blanket and towels. -If only replace linens , pillow cases , blanket and towels it will be 400 THB/Time * Please let us know one day in advance * Location & Distance : 2 mins by walking to Main street 2 mins by walking to Loundry shop (just across the street) 2 mins by walking to MuayThai Gym 5 mins by walking to Mr DIY 10 mins by walking to Maenam Beach 10 mins by walking to 711 20 mins by walking to Lompraya Pier ( Ko Samui - Ko Pa-ngan) 10 mins by walking to restaurants ,coffee shop and bars (night time) 20 mins by car to Airport 25 mins by car to Nathorn Pier (Ko Samui - Suratthani - Ko Samui) Guest access Guests have access to the whole house. Other things to note -Guests are required to show passport upon check in. -Please note that linens will be set as the number of booking guests. - Queen size bed will be provided for booking 1-2 person. - If there is a third person we will turn living room sofa to a sofa bed and provide linens. -Please note that all Special Requests or other requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. -There are mosquitoes everywhere in Thailand so we suggest bringing repellent for your stay and keep the door close at night. -Our electricity supply depends on the Koh Samui Government power grid (PEA). Temporary power outages are fairly common on the island, so we advise guests to keep their devices fully charged whenever possible.
