My Paris duplex is your home !

Welcome to my bright loft-like duplex (close to 50m2), a ten minutes walk away from Père-Lachaise cemetery and Belleville neighborhood, in the heart of the city. It is a bit rough around the edges, the paint needs to be refreshed - and will be soon - , but those who like the feeling of a cabin in the eaves will enjoy it. : ) The space Welcome at my place when I'm away ! I expect you will feel home at my place, anybody who ever stayed found confort, peacefulness, and good vibrations there ! It’s a cosy place for 2-4 people (2 double beds). Technical details : - Large and bright living-room, high ceiling, with a double sofa-bed very confortable to sleep in and easy to open/close, a large desk (wifi connection covers the whole flat), and a table for 2 (that extends to 4). - Open kitchen with all equipment (dishwasher included), stylish and functional. - A nice bathroom, with walk-in Roman shower. - A cosy bedroom upstairs (double bed, with a great mattress). Please keep in mind that this is an old and inhabited flat, that needs to be freshened-up : the paint is peeling off particularly on the ceiling, as it was last done about 15 years ago. I plan to have this done in September, along with a bathroom renovation, where I want to instal a bath tub : ) In the meantime, I am offering the apartment at a very reasonable price for the surface and location. Most of my guests have confirmed that it remains a very pleasant place to stay! Guest access *** Please, make yourself at home and use any equipment available ! Let me add one thing : My job comes with a lot of documents & (note)books that I really should sort out one day, which I tend to postpone, as you’ll be able to see on the pictures ! But they shouldn’t bother you, as they remain stored on shelves. Same thing for clothes that will remain stored in a closed dressing room. And you’re welcome to borrow books (some are in english), of course. Other things to note The flat is located on the fourth (last) floor, of a typically old building, without lift. It is not picture perfect, paint and bathroom should be redone in a few months, but meanwhile, you'll still find confort coming home ! If you're looking for a brand new showroom-like place to stay, I'm afraid this won't be your type. But if you enjoy places with a vintage-homy feel, I would say you're likely to enjoy it ! :) Registration Details Exempt - hotel-type listing
