Two bedrooms plus a fold out couch. Great for visits in spring, summer, fall and winter. Porch and back yard. Pets are welcome. No TV. No WiFi. Must create phone hot spot. Places to walk under tall black walnut trees leading to native prairie, bee apiary, pioneer cemetery and Three Oaks Winery. It is on a gravel road and its smallish and I don't dust everyday. Guest access The whole house is available. Its only 800 square feet. There is a deck with wide shade in summer. A back yard with free range chickens. Birdfeeder. Nice quiet place. Nothing fancy.
