A contemporary carriage house completed in Fall 2019 Come stay at our new space created with guests in mind. Tall, 9’ ceilings, modern and well appointed kitchenette, and spacious bathroom. We are walking distance to the stadium (about 1 mile), centrally located in the Fry’s Spring Neighborhood for quick access to the Downtown Mall, local vineyards and breweries, Monticello Trail, and other local sights. The space Guests have access to the full 1 bedroom carriage house apartment (above our garage) in our backyard. Apartment features double pocket doors offering privacy or open concept. Spacious bathroom with full size tub and furniture grade vanity. Full size sleeper sofa. Kitchenette with 2-top electric burner & microwave. Air mattress available upon request. Guest access Guests have access and use of entire apartment ABOVE garage. Other things to note We have 4 young children, so you may see them or neighborhood kids playing around on our property. We have a great neighborhood with lots of littles ones, so please use care when driving on the streets. Carriage house is in our backyard, so it is only about 20-25’ away from our home. Apartment is ABOVE our garage/home gym/office that is used regularly. Access is from outdoor stairs, as seen in photo.
