The space You can enjoy our quiet and warm Mediterranean Sea on the beaches of Malvarrosa and Patacona. Accommodation for up to 4 people, with direct access from the street, recently built. We have another identical loft next to this one, the Sorolla Loft, in case you have more guests and are interested. Each loft can accommodate up to 4 people. I'll describe the contents in case you want to take a look: - 150 cm double bed with 55" Smart TV, with wardrobe and nightstands. - Fully equipped kitchen. If you feel like cooking, you have all the amenities (oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, induction stove, electric juicer, kettle, blender, iron, ironing board, capsule coffee maker, toaster, kitchenware and cooking utensils. Guest access The entire loft is exclusively for the guests who have made the reservation, it is not shared with anyone. Located on Malvarrosa Beach in the neighborhood of the same name, next to Patacona Beach, where you can find all the services, supermarkets, pharmacies, hospitals, polytechnic university, beauty salons, restaurants, outdoor public gyms, etc. You will enjoy Valencia beach, with lifeguards in summer, assisted bathing for the disabled, a sports area where volleyball is the main sport played, surf schools nearby, children's areas with swings, jet ski rentals, etc. Also in its leisure area, the restaurants of its Paseo Marítimo and the Port, with a wide range of nightclubs as fashionable as the Marina Beach Club, Veles i Vents and many more. Towels and bed linen are included in the price, if you want additional linen it will cost €6/person. We have a cleaning service during your stay, upon prior request and at a cost of €75/service, which will be paid in advance. In the neighborhood all parking spaces are free, there are countless parking spaces on the same beach 2 min. from the accommodation. If you prefer, we have a private covered parking space on the ground floor, with a charge of €15/day, upon prior request, to be paid in advance. Next to the door of the accommodation there are bus stops in the direction of downtown Valencia, you can also move around if you prefer by taxi or tram. If check-in is after 9:00 PM, an additional €30 will be charged. Other things to note Don't miss Valencia's biggest party: LAS FALLAS. You will be in a neighborhood traditionally associated with the Fallas festival, with several fallas in its surroundings. You can experience them intensely, as they have been declared an Intangible Cultural Heritage. A 10-minute walk to the typical Seafaring Holy Week declared a Festival of National Tourist Interest. Be sure to visit both Valencia's historic center and the City of Arts and Sciences.
