A very large room with a comfortable queen size bed with dresser, mirror, and side table with lamp, Smart TV offering Netflix, electric and USB outlets. Extra folding tables and computer desk provide flexibility for dining or working with a laptop, etc. The room has heat and a room air-conditioner as needed. There is space with its own door and window for 2 additional guests (children or adults). A full-sized bed can be set up in this case. The room has a mini-fridge and microwave. If you are two guests but need the extra bed set up, please let us know upon booking, as there is a $25 bed setup fee. (This fee is waived for 3-4 guests or 2 guests who need just the queen bed.) If you don't let us know until you check in, you will be charged the $25 setup fee if the extra bed needs to be set up. Please note, we have a 9-year-old cat named Simba who lives in the basement and is not allowed into guest rooms or bathrooms. You may occasionally see her. You won't regret it Guest access Although there is no kitchen use allowed, each room has a mini fridge and microwave, as well as folding tables and computer desks for dining. 1st floor is disallowed for gatherings. We ask while you are in the house to kindly remove your outside shoes and place on the 1st floor shoe racks to prevent our new stair carpet from getting dirty or water-damaged. We do our best to keep the floors clean daily, but even one walk-around in shoes tracks in an unexpected amount of dirt!
