Cozy secluded cottage with fireplace

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. This Canadian chalet lost in the woods of the fountainbleau forest is the perfect setting for a return to the roots. In the morning you will certainly have the chance to see wild boars or deer in the 3ha unenclosed wooded park that surrounds the cottage. A hiking trail runs along the property and allows hours of hiking away from civilization! Two other cottages are on the grounds sharing the children's playground. The space The cottage is composed of 2 bedrooms downstairs for 2 and 1 people, a sofa bed (less comfortable and inconvenient I recommend the folding bed on the floor that is more comfortable and does not take up space in the living room) and a mezzanine containing beds for 2 people and 1 person as well as an extra bed for the eighth person (comfortable: please let me know if I should make this bed before your arrival ). There are shutters and curtains at each window including the window door of the entrance. The beds are ready upon your arrival (let me know if I should prepare the sofa bed beforehand or if you prefer the extra folding bed upstairs (more comfortable than the sofa bed)). Baby amenities should be requested beforehand. A second cottage for 5 people and a third for 4 people are also available for rent. The park and the playground are shared, while still providing space for everyone (50 m between the 2 cottages), making it perfect for family reunions or getaways with friends! A second air conditioning on the ground floor has been installed. Dogs must be declared at the time of booking, provide garbage bags and a rug for them and kept on a leash on the property. Do not roll on the grass. Wood is of course provided on site! The stove must be the main means of heating, if you turn the stove you will be very hot in our cocoon! I specify that the wood stove is a source of some dust and dirt around the stove, it does not smoke and is not harmful if used properly and that the stove door is closed. private bocce court for this chalet located at the back of the chalet. Please be quiet and be quiet outside from 11:30 pm maximum. No music outdoors. The pathway is a poorly maintained communal limestone path by the municipality there may be holes, you have to drive gently. All cottages are rentable on this site. Despite the forest fires in mid-July (the cottages have not been affected at all) the forest remains accessible on Buthiers then when the forest is reopened we can orient towards hiking and climbing spots. The Buthiers forest remains open to climbing and beautiful spots await experienced climbers and beginners alike! Guest access 2 steps from the Fontainebleau forest of the Grand Parquet, Barbizon, the Buthiers leisure center, climbing spots, this cottage is ideally located. Buno airfield is nearby, we often see gliders flying over the cottage, they offer baptisms. The cottage is accessible at the end of the path, 1 km from the road. Other things to note This 8-person chalet (possibility 9 with extra charge) is located in a 3ha park with 2 other cottages spaced from each other. A second 5-person cottage is available on the property, as well as a third 4-person cottage! Entry is via a limestone road. Air conditioning was installed upstairs in July 2022, and a second unit was installed on the ground floor in June 2023. The chalet also has a removable bed rail for young children for the bed to be installed in the bed of your choice. The livebox is available and the codes are provided on the box. I also offer homemade jam pots and homemade soup jars with products from my garden and orchard in the park. A soap provided in the bathroom is homemade as well. The seasonal vegetables arriving, I also sell salads, green beans, blettes, zucchini (depending on the season ask me for availability). Parties are forbidden. No outdoor music and not too loud indoors. Possibility to rent a crash pad. Guests will be charged for any overconsumption.
