Cozy secluded cottage with fireplace

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. This Canadian chalet lost in the woods of the fountainbleau forest is the perfect setting for a return to the roots. In the morning you will certainly have the chance to see wild boars or deer in the 3ha unenclosed wooded park that surrounds the cottage. A hiking trail runs along the property and allows hours of hiking away from civilization! Two other chalets on the property share the children's playground. The space The cottage is composed of 2 bedrooms downstairs for 2 and 1 people, a sofa bed (less comfortable and inconvenient I recommend the folding bed on the floor that is more comfortable and does not take up space in the living room) and a mezzanine containing beds for 2 people and 1 person as well as an extra bed for the eighth person (comfortable: please let me know if I should make this bed before your arrival ). There are shutters and curtains at each window including the window door of the entrance. The beds are ready upon your arrival (let me know if I should prepare the sofa bed beforehand or if you prefer the extra folding bed upstairs (more comfortable than the sofa bed)). Baby amenities should be requested beforehand. A second chalet for 5 people and a third for 4 people are also available for rent, the park and the playground are shared while leaving space for everyone (50 m between the 2 chalets), perfect for family reunions or friends! A second air conditioning on the ground floor has been installed. Dogs must be declared at the time of booking, provide garbage bags and a rug for them and kept on a leash on the property. Do not roll on the grass. Wood is of course provided on site! The stove must be the main means of heating, if you turn the stove you will be very hot in our cocoon! I specify that the wood stove is a source of some dust and dirt around the stove, it does not smoke and is not harmful if used properly and that the stove door is closed. private bocce court for this chalet located at the back of the chalet. Other things to note This 8-person cottage (possibility 9 with extra charge) is located in a 3 ha park with 2 other cottages spaced from each other. The second 5-person cottage is available from March 2023, the third will be for 2025! Entry is via a limestone path. Air conditioning was installed in July 2022 upstairs and a second one on the ground floor was installed in June 2023. The cottage also has a removable bed barrier for young children for the bed to be installed in the bed of your choice. The livebox is available and the codes are provided on the box. I also offer jars of homemade jam and jars of homemade soup with the products of my garden and the orchard that is in the park. Soap provided in the bathroom is homemade as well. Seasonal vegetables arriving, I also sell salads, green beans, chard, zucchini (depending on the season ask me for availability). Parties are forbidden. No outdoor music and not too loud indoors. Guests will be charged for any overconsumption of electricity.
