Quiet Historic Savannah Condo in the heart of downtown. Our condo is close to parks, art galleries, culture, attractions and restaurants. You'll love the high ceilings, coziness and location! This private condo is on the second floor, has one bedroom, comfortable living room space with pull out sofa, appointed kitchen, full bathroom and laundry facilities in the building. It is currently For Sale, so we may request a showing but will be respectful of our guests’ time and property. SVR-00971 The space The bedroom has a queen bed. The living room has a pull out sofa and plenty of comfy seating. The kitchen has all the necessities to cook a meal or just enjoy a cup of coffee; you just need to bring the food. A full refrigerator, stove and dishwasher are available for your use. Guest access The condo is on the second floor of a three floor building; there is NOT an elevator. The door access codes to the front door and the condo door will be sent to you before your check-in. Other things to note Parking is on the street and is metered M-Sat 8am-8pm. You may acquire a Visitor DayPass at Mobility & Parking Services, 100 East Bryan Street, M-F, 8am-5pm and the Savannah Visitor's Center, 301 MLK Blvd, 7 days a week 9am-5:30pm. The Visitor DayPass costs $24 for 2 days and $15 for a single day. It allows parking in any city parking garage/lot or parking at any meter with a time limit of one hour or more. There is also a parking garage one block from our condo for your convenience. Please be aware of Street Sweeping Zones. You will be ticketed if you are parked in a Sweep Zone during posted hours. The parking spaces directly in front of our building are swept on Tuesday morning from 12:01am-4am, so do not park there Monday night!
