NYC - CLINTON HILL - FURNISHED ROOM

The space havent posted avail rooms here in awhile but have rented to like folks who would visit or be working here in NYC over past many years one room available for rent in Clinton Hill (not Bed Stuy) one block from C train (Clinton Washington) one block from laundry straight up the road from Pratt in a pre war apartment with use of living room and a decent kitchen area Only one other person in apartment and bedrooms are far apart from one another so privacy is excellent. Over the years I have had guests, internships and students from all over the world stay with me and can provide great references from them if needed Looking for a non smoker Furniture can be changed or removed to fit your needs within reason if stay is at least a month twin bed is less than 2 years old and while small gives a great sleep. .Plenty of places to put clothes. No cable as I don"t watch TV. Internet access via wireless modem this is my home.. please dont expect perfection as in a hotel.. guests have acccess to bedroom, kitchen, bath and desk in a den area only.. there is no living room as I use it as my bedroom.. Lastly please note I am not looking for anyone who wants to bring the party home just somebody who wants a quiet environment About myself..I graduated from art school (Pratt) but I''m in the event and restaurant business etc And furthermore Im a mature single male not a child however as I mentioned I have had many younger people 'from all over the world in my life over the years because of the business I am in. That being said I dont dislike adults either just so you know:) Guest access bathroom and kitchen
