CONVENIENT FOR ALL TRAVEL. The space The Villetta is located in the village of Canneto, a seaside area on the island of Lipari. It is a ground floor of a villa in typical Aeolian style, newly built. The sea and the beach are only 200 meters away, as are shops, bars and restaurants, etc... The house has a large kitchen-dining room equipped with 4 burners, gas oven and satellite LCD TV. The room is large and bright given the presence of a window and a shutter door overlooking the terrace. There is a double sofa bed. There are two double bedrooms, and they have windows. All rooms are equipped with fans, in the two bedrooms there is also air conditioning. The bathroom is complete with all the sanitary fixtures and has a shower, washing machine and large window; it can be accessed independently from all the rooms. The front terrace is very large and covered in Aeolian style. It is equipped with an outdoor table and chairs, while the rear terrace is smaller and ideal for moments of relaxation. At the back there is also a useful outdoor shower and barbecue. The fixtures and furnishings are cared for in detail, there are also mosquito nets on the windows and a baby cot available. All around a green garden with typical Mediterranean plants. Internal parking available on request. Free Wi-Fi connection (with limited streaming volume).
