Villa 3 Anses is a superb 200 m2 Creole house with pool on a fenced wooded plot of more than 2000 m2, located 10 minutes from Sainte-Anne. It has an unobstructed sea view and takes its name from the 3 coves accessible from the Villa via the "Mare Gaillard" coastal path, which can be taken at the end of the garden. The Villa consists of 3 bedrooms, all air-conditioned and with their own bathroom: > master bedroom: double bed (200 cm x 200 cm), dressing room, bathroom with double sink, walk-in shower & toilet, very nice sea view. > Basse-Terre bedroom: double bed (140 cm x 200 cm), dressing room, bathroom with single sink, walk-in shower & toilet. > Grande-Terre bedroom: 2 single beds (90 cm x 200 cm), dressing room and bathroom with single sink and walk-in shower. Possibility of adding an extra single bed in one of the bedrooms. A main corridor leads to the 3 bedrooms, a laundry room, the kitchen open to the living room as well as a separate toilet. In the cathedral living room with beautiful volumes and sea views, you will find a large corner sofa (which can be converted into a double bed) with 2 ceiling fans for your comfort. This living room opens onto a fully equipped open kitchen and terrace. On the continuous gallery is an outdoor lounge, a large table as well as hammocks that will allow you to enjoy the sweetness of tropical living. In the town of Sainte-Anne you can find local exotic fruits and vegetables at the market, several caterers and souvenir shops, as well as all amenities (pharmacy, medical center and convenience store). Caravelle Beach, which is a 5-minute drive away, is one of the most beautiful beaches in Grande Terre and one of the best spots for Kitesurfing, Windsurfing, or Wingfoiling.
