It is located a short walk from the river. This haven makes an ideal getaway destination. It has a spacious and open first floor with a large fully-stocked kitchen and dining room that can accommodate a large group. A cozy TV room opens out to a screened-in porch. The screened porch is a wonderful place to have your breakfast, your dinner or just for kicking back with a book and a glass of wine. A beautiful living room with a beckoning fire place on cold winter nights opens onto a blue stone paved patio where you can grille or recline on lounge chairs. Enjoy our beautifully landscaped large and private backyard. The second floor houses a large open master bedroom with a sitting area. Two additional comfortably sized bedrooms are also on the second floor. You may find ample storage space to house your belongings. There are two full bathrooms, one per floor. The detached garage houses a 2000sf loft above it. It can be made available for an additional fee. It makes for a perfect yoga retreat, artist residency or poetry/literature reading space. There is no plumbing but heat/electric is provided. For those seeking exploration and action, the Delaware River is a short walk for swimming, boating or rafting. Hiking options abound. For those seeking a bit of Ohm in their lives, the house is located nearby the Kadampa Meditation Center. Snowy days provide ample possibilities for sledding. Skiing and ice skating are a short ride away.
