Starlink WiFi The space Private with lots of attention to making this space comfortable as well as having a charming decor of custom furniture and cabinetry made from local reclaimed materials from 100 year old barn. This Airbnb encompasses 1/3 of the bottom floor of the building and is approximately 450 sq. ft. There are two other Airbnbs housed in the same building. All have private entrances on separate sides of the building. There are no shared spaces with other units. Guest access For your safety, there is one outdoor security camera on the front porch facing the entry patio. It records video only and does not monitor any private areas. No cameras are inside the home. Other things to note Lake Pointe sports complex is about 30 minutes south of us down I-75. We have had several guests stay with us that were in town for tournaments at Lake Pointe. We are also centrally located within 20 minutes from 3 major hospitals (Floyd, Redmond and Gordon). We pride ourselves in offering high quality bedding and linens. We get many compliments about the comfort of our beds and bedding. We ask that guests do not strip the beds. Viewing the linens after a guest departs and before washing provides us with the opportunity to address any accidental spotting that may have occurred during a guest's stay. Should we be unable to remove any stains or there be discoloration due to makeup and/or facial creams, guests will be charged a fee according to our replacement cost. Guests should be advised that bloodied towels and linens are considered a biohazard by Federal Law and must be disposed of in accordance with OSHA regulations. Therefore, guests will be assessed a replacement fee for any bloodied towels and/or linens.
