This lovely three bedroom home has a brand new and well equipped kitchen leading to an open-plan lounge and dining area with doors to the enclosed patio and grassy rolling gardens. Inclusive access to swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi & tennis courts too! The spacious master bedroom boasts a massive superking bed and overlooks our woodlands. Two more bedrooms with twin and bunk beds are both stylish and comfortable. The space It is impossible not to feel right at home at cosy and stylish number 51, a lovely 3 bedroom cottage, beautifully furnished and immaculately presented. As you step inside the modern and spacious open-plan living and dining space it will be hard to resist snuggling down on the cosy sofas that look out over the mature garden and patio which comes with pretty outdoor furniture and a large family Weber charcoal BBQ. The brand new kitchen is tasteful and practical in equal measure – well equipped (including a Bosch Tassimo Coffee Machine) and perfect for cooking up a storm as you socialise with your guests in the open plan lounge and dining area. Upstairs there are three well presented bedrooms, all of which have a TV. The spacious master has a king-sized bed, plenty of storage and overlooks nearby woodlands. There are two further bedrooms, one with full-sized twin beds, the other with full-sized bunks. Both of these have pretty views over the mature cherry blossom trees in the estate gardens. The property is moments away from the indoor pool, tennis, spa, sauna, pickle-ball and 3 minutes’ walk to the beach and the coastal path. The perfect place to relax and unwind with all that falmouth has to offer just 10 minutes drive away. Our wonderful beach cafe, surf, kayak and standup paddle board hire are all on the beach below the cottage.
