Welcome to rent the entire upstairs in our 30s house. It is suitable for 1-4 people, and the living area is approximately 55 square meters. We are close to the old town center (there's not much left of it, to be honest), a grocery store, and restaurants. Ski trails and slalom slope are also close by. To new city center, it is about 4 km. To Icehotel in the village of Jukkasjärvi it is 17 km. Bus goes to both locations. From the balcony you will see the courtyard which is fenced and safe for children. A play park can be found on the other side of the street. The space For long-term rentals, there is access to a laundry room by agreement with the host. Guest access The upstairs apartment is only for your use. You are welcome to be in the fenced yard. During winter, the children are happy to play there in the snow.
