Welcome to rent the entire upstairs in our 30s house. It is suitable for 1–4 people; the living area is approximately 55 square meters (592 square feet). We are close to the old town center (there’s not much left of it, honestly), a grocery store, and restaurants. Ski trails and slalom slope are also close by. To new city center, it is about 4 km. To Icehotel in the village of Jukkasjärvi it is 17 km. Bus goes to both locations. From the balcony you will see the courtyard which is fenced and safe for children. A play park can be found on the other side of the street. The space For long-term rentals, there is access to a laundry room by agreement with the host. Guest access The upstairs apartment is for your use only. You are welcome to use the fenced-in yard. During winter, children love to play there in the snow.
