This charming apartment is located on the Chester river on Maryland's Eastern Shore. The wildlife is abundant and generally very active. The sun rise and sunsets can be spectacular. The property is 20 minutes from Annapolis and 50 minutes from DC. The newly renovated apartment has all new appliances and a well stocked kitchen with many herbs and spices, condiments, coffee, tea, cream and sugar etc. The 8 mile long Cross Island Trail starts a block from the house and leads to several restaurant The space The apartment is joined to my home. There is a deck and dock on the Chester River. The Cross County Trail starts at Love Point park, 1 block from the house, and runs for 7+-miles for walking, biking, jogging etc. Guest access This is a separate apartment attached to a house. The apartment has its own entrance with a digital door lock. Other things to note There is a smart TV and WIFI. There is a ceiling fan in every room and a portable standing fan. There is a toaster oven, a toaster, a Keurig and a coffees pot with water heater for tea. There are pods,creamers, tea bags and some coffee. There are other necessities in the cabinet for your use. Help yourself to anything in the cabinets or refrigerator. The food in the freezer is private. There is plenty to do nearby. We think Harris has the best crabs and you can walk there from here if you wish. Bridges has the best outdoor atmosphere and very good food. You could also walk there from here. The cross island trail starts at the park in our neighborhood and goes about 8 miles to the bay over water, fields, parks etc it is charming. St Michaels and Easton charming towns close by, maybe 15 miles, have many good restaurants and decent parking and lots of shopping. From Easton you can even take a free ferry to Oxford another popular sea front town. Hope you enjoy your stay. Let me know if you need anything. Marge
