Denver's 2nd best restaurant (Tripadvisor), Fruition, is just 3 blocks away. The home is 2 blocks from Cheesman Park and a couple of miles from Washington Park. So much within a mile, and downtown is just a $7 uber ride (approximate) downtown! The home sits on a corner, and the south side borders a busy street. As you would expect with city living, there is a bit of traffic noise...but when sitting inside or sleeping in one of the comfortable bedrooms, it is minimal.
