On the ground floor, you will find a bathroom with a shower, a living area with a cozy sofa, a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair—perfect for a home office—and also a fully equipped kitchen. The space This apartment building is located in an ideal location, less than a 10-minute walk from the center of Brno, offering comfortable accommodation with excellent access to main attractions, restaurants, and shops. The building has three floors and does not have an elevator, which adds to its peaceful atmosphere. Guests can use the shared laundry room located on the second floor, available to all guests, making it especially convenient for longer stays. Parking is available in a neighboring building for a fee of 350 CZK per car per night. A reservation is required for parking. Other things to note 4K TV set with SMART features and SONOS speaker with remote access. HDMI cable available to borrow. If you will need housekeeping during your long term stay, we will schedule it, even every day. Long term booking always contains housekeeping.
