Countryside Barn dominium Escape

Our private weekend home is located on 11 acres in a gated preserve in south College Station. The space This hidden oasis is far enough for a couples staycations and close enough for game day weekends in Aggieland. The barndominium has a large covered patio and strung lit yard for use of fire pit and yard games. We do not allow parties or guest not listed on reservation unless approved. Regarding AGGIE RING DUNKS; Only parents of students for Ring Dunks can reserve for this type of gathering. Guest not on the reservation will not be allowed on property after 8:00PM. There is only 8 guest allowed after 8pm. For any other questions, please message me. Guest access Outdoor space 11 acres, large outdoor patio, living quarters, washer & dryer. Other things to note This property is not wheel chair accessible. To access the living quarters you will have to walk up stairs. One of the king beds is in a loft. To access the loft you have to climb a ladder.
