Small vacation home that can accommodate up to 6 people, located between the village of Penmarch and Ster beach, ideal for a relaxing family stay. Quiet street and bike path 200 m away (V5 coastal bike route). Terrace and enclosed garden for a holiday in the great outdoors. July – August: 7-night minimum rental from Saturday to Saturday The space Entry is through a patio-corridor overlooking a bright living room. The kitchen, both open to the living room and veranda, is perfectly equipped and convenient for accessing the different dining areas. The house consists of: On the ground floor - Entrance hallway - Small storage room - Toilet - Living room: TV area and large dining table - Kitchen open to the dining room and veranda - Conservatory - Laundry area with washing machine On the 1st floor - 1 bedroom with a queen size bed (160 x 200), storage - 1 bedroom with double bed, storage - 1 bathroom with bathtub and macerator On the 2nd floor - 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90, storage You will find all the comforts for your stay: Dishwasher, large fridge, 3-burner gas stove, oven, kettle, microwave oven, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, dishes, cutlery and kitchen necessities (condiments, etc.). Washing machine, hair dryer, wok, raclette grill, TV, vacuum cleaner, large barbecue, garden furniture, children's games. Depending on your preferences, you will enjoy sharing meals outside, on the veranda or inside the house. You will appreciate the enclosed garden, sunny at any time of the day, where children can have fun safely. Parking is available inside the property. Guest access The house is located between the village of Penmarc'h and Ster Beach. Close to shops and amenities, your stay can be entirely car-free. 200 m away, you will find the V5 coastal cycle route connecting Penmarc'h to Pont-l'Abbé and passing through Le Guilvinec, Lesconil and Loctudy. North of the house (10 min by bike or 5 min by car), the must-see Breton surf spot, the beaches of La Torche and Pors Carn, popular for water activities. Other things to note You will have access to every room in the house except one room on the 2nd floor and the garage.
