Newly renovated with architectural design features, my comfortable and secure 1950s townhouse is located in the heart of Miraflores. Just a short block from the lighthouse and Malecón Cisneros, you’ll be surrounded by beautiful parks and exciting sightseeing opportunities in a peaceful yet vibrant area. Enjoy easy access to nearby restaurants, cafes, malls (Larcomar & Balta Shopping), bars, and more. If you love food, coffee, the sea, or outdoor activities, this is the perfect spot for you. The space Cozy and Private Room in a Safe, Quiet Neighborhood This bright room features a bay of windows, blackout curtains, and a comfortable double bed. You’ll also find a TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime for your entertainment. The private bathroom is just a few steps outside the room, and the room is equipped with air conditioning (perfect for hot days) and a heater for cooler evenings. Located on the 2nd floor of my spacious 3-level home, the room offers both space and security, with a strong lock on the door and high ceilings to add to the feeling of openness. What’s Included: Free breakfast basics: bread, eggs, cheese, ham, cereal, milk, instant coffee, and tea (perfect for a light start to your day). Snacks available for purchase. Ideal for City Explorers Seeking Comfort and Privacy: My home is located in a peaceful and safe neighborhood—one of the most secure areas in the city—making it an ideal spot for those who value comfort, privacy, and tranquility. After a day of exploring, unwind on the terrace or enjoy a coffee in the mini garden. For food lovers, you’ll be just minutes away from top restaurants like Central, Maido, Kjolle, and Mayta—all within a short walk or drive (1-9 minutes). Whether you're enjoying world-class cuisine or relaxing by the ocean, my home offers a perfect base to explore Lima’s culinary scene. Guest access Kitchen Access & Breakfast Details Guests are welcome to use the kitchen for light meals or breakfast, but please refrain from cooking complex dishes. A light breakfast is available for self-service, with options like eggs, cereal with milk, bread with ham & cheese, and complimentary tea and coffee. You’re welcome to enjoy your breakfast or a coffee in the dining room, terrace, or mini garden. Please use placemats and coasters to protect the furniture. Keep in mind that you’ll be sharing these spaces with me and other guests. Enjoy your stay and explore the city! During your stay Although I no longer work from home full-time, I’m always available if you have any questions or need recommendations during your stay. Feel free to reach out if there’s anything I can help with—I’m happy to assist. Other things to note To keep things clean and comfortable: Bed sheets and towels are changed once a week (or with each stay). Please leave your shoes at the entrance to help maintain a tidy space. No pets in the house. Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Laundry service is available for an additional cost of 30 soles (around $8) per load (up to 6 kg). Laundry is done on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays mornings. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping keep the space clean and enjoyable for all.
