Sit on the deck and enjoy the breathtaking view from Pearson Lane! Beautiful, house in a private neighborhood. Outdoor fire pit. Wood and tile floors throughout the home. A comfy and clean house that your family will love. This rental is pet friendly with an additional $100 pet fee per dog (max of 2 dogs; pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided by Airbnb when booking). There are certain breeds that are not permitted, please contact us for approval. The space HOUSE LAYOUT: One level: kitchen/dining area, living room with electric fireplace TV console combo (the TV is 52 inches), master bedroom with king and full bath. The home is outfitted with two Smart TVs (streaming only). The 2nd bedroom also has a king bed. There is a full hall bath. Please Note: Sheets and towels are INCLUDED for your convenience. The driveway leading to the home is steep but paved. Parking is available for 3 cars. This home is pet-friendly with an additional pet fee. Due to insurance regulations, there are certain breeds that are not permitted. We ARE NOT able to have the following breeds: Akila, Chow, American Staffordshire Terrier, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Wolf Hybrid, or any dog that is a mix that includes one or more of the breeds listed above. Guest access All of our homes are private residences so you have access to the entire house unless otherwise noted in the description (the owner may not allow use of the garage, etc). Free parking at all homes. After you make your reservation, you will receive an email with instructions for access, including a keyless access code if your home has keyless entry. You will hear from one of our local rental staff members and we will be available to assist you in whatever way we can! Other things to note For dog-friendly houses, approval of the pet by Greybeard Rentals must be obtained. Those cottages allowing dogs are limited to one or two housebroken domestic animals, depending on the home. A $100.00 per dog, non-refundable fee is charged on all reservations including a pet. Sorry, homes are not cat-friendly due to common allergies.
