Alfresco courtyard with double spa bath, outdoor heater & zip track blinds that can be open or closed; up to you to decide! Upstairs you find the master bedroom and a marbled bathroom with double shower and a massage recliner chair for ultimate relaxation. The space Indulge BnB Mornington is an inviting townhouse exclusively yours without interruption to enjoy, relax and unwind to spoil yourself and your loved one. Perfect for couples! All in total price for the stay shown before taxes. I regularly receive compliments on what is on offer and the attention to detail to ensure you and your guest enjoy your 1 night or additional nights up to you for you both to enjoy. Located only 50 metres from the Wilson Road strip of six excellent take away food shops, wine bar & bottle shop. After parking your small vehicle in the locked garage, you enter a private intimate townhouse specifically designed to spoil you. The spacious lounge is dominated by a gas log fire with remote control to turn on and increase or decrease the temperature to your liken. Large smart 87cm television above the fireplace. Your eyes will be drawn out through the two sets of French Doors to the oasis immediately outside! An enclosed and private alfresco area features a sunken double spa bath with massage jets and bubble bath provided. Alfresco area is fully enclosed with zip track blinds open or closed up to you to decide. Above the double spa a heater radiating heat from the ceiling if required. (push button to turn on / off) A water feature and reclining chairs for the outdoor setting. For you & your guest to sit, eat, drink & relax which will complete your alfresco experience. The flexibility of the transparent sliding blinds open the whole area up should the weather dictate that the outside need come inside! Or close if the weather is not to your liking with an outdoor heater located right above the spa. A comfortable King bed awaits you in the bedroom with luxurious sheets. A split system with air-conditioning and heating. Along with a tv with a chromecast to snuggle up and watch Netflix. On offer another private balcony with an outdoor setting upstairs for two where you can sit with a coffee in the morning sun. The marbled bathroom and separate toilet provide a backdrop to the bathroom experience with large double intimate shower and double vanity basins framed with mirrors . To add to your experience there is also a heated recliner massage chair in the study upstairs that is also perfect for a work-cation if the need arises with desk, chair and excellent internet. A full kitchen and laundry are stocked to enjoy as long as you want to stay! 15 minutes walk you'll be in the heart of Mornington Main Street's fabulous shops, bars and restaurants or either the iconic Mornington Beaches, being Fishermans Beach, Mills Beach and Mothers beach. Mornington is the best town to base yourself to enjoy all the Peninsula has to offer, we are close to the beach, wineries, hot springs & spas , Locked in escape Room and Mornington Racecourse for various different concerts and expo’s. Indulge is registered with the Mornington Peninsula Shire Short Stay Registration STRA06121/22 applies. Local Law establishes a Code of Conduct which must be adhered to when finalising a booking. *All guests names need to be messaged at time of booking. Guest access The townhouse is accessed through keys via a key safe with a personal code, so you have full privacy at all times and 24 hour check in. With the convenience of not having to make a check in time to hand over keys - check in discreetly at your leisure any time after 3pm. There is free secure garage parking for one small car and ample free street parking available. Please note there are no shared areas, the space is totally yours to enjoy. If keys are misplaced or lost you will be charged for locksmith call out fee. Other things to note All guest's names need to be messaged at the point of booking. I recommend taking out domestic travel insurance. Maximum 2 adult guests and 1 infant under 2 only. Will be subject to cancellation. If found additional charges incurred $150 per guest per night . Check in/out requests We can't offer late check outs or early check ins. Check in after 3pm and check out by 11am is firm. We require this very small window to turn Indulge around by deep cleaning and sanitising between each reservation. Outdoor camera is located and monitors the entrance at the front door. Children Indulge BnB Mornington has only one king bed, an infant who sleeps with you or in a cot is permitted (I have a porta-cot and highchair available). No Pets allowed. If keys are not returned to the safe box after departure. Replacement locks and keys will be on charged as per the locksmith invoice. *Isolation/close contact As Indulge is a contactless stay if you wish to cancel your reservation our standard cancellation policy will apply. Changes of dates are flexible and cancellation is moderate before check in.
