We want you to feel at home, and feeling at home means having all the comfort you need to be able to have a trip that will forever remain in the memory of each one of you. The space This apartment is in one of the most privileged locations in Gramado, close to downtown and surrounded by nature. It has a full bedroom, with a double bed, and the possibility of putting a crib or a mini bed. It has a bathroom with hot and cold water and a gas shower that will offer you a great bath! For the little ones, a baby bath! A hairdryer and first aid items are at your disposal in our bathroom. As well as towels and a black towel so you don't have to worry about your makeup. The apartment is equipped to ensure you feel at home. We have a living room, which when the door is closed, transforms into a second private bedroom, with an independent exit to the living room and another to the apartment's balcony. It also has a smart TV, individual wardrobe, hot and cold air conditioning and a very comfortable double sofa bed. The condominium has beautiful landscaping, a club that offers meals from Friday night to Sunday lunch, an excellent option for those who just want to relax! A lake with friendly carp that will welcome you when they see people. It is undoubtedly an excellent apartment to stay in as a family, couple or alone! Guest access Every guest must provide their full name, CPF or RG and car license plate for registration with the condominium. This is a condominium standard for security and registration. Guests will have access to the entire apartment. As for the condominium, we have a few rules, which I'll also leave in the apartment so that there are no problems. Guests can travel through the outdoor common areas, such as the trails, the children's playground and the club, as well as the restaurant, the other areas are for the private use of the owners. But I assure you, you won't miss it! Because the nature of the condominium and the attractions of Gramado / Canela are already perfect.
