This newly decorated self contained 1 bedroom annexe has a fully equipped kitchen & in the county town of Dorchester, the birth place of Thomas Hardy. It is a perfect base to explore the beautiful countryside and Jurassic coast! The town’s amenities are only a short walk away including the new Brewery Square development. The downstairs is an open plan kitchen/lounge space with a breakfast bar. The bedroom has one double bed and the bathroom is separate with a bath and shower. TV with Freeview Sky TV The annexe is attached to our family home so we don’t have a private outdoor space for use but we have provided a table and chairs on our patio should you wish to sit outside. We are also only a short walk from the beautiful Borough Gardens and Poundbury Great Field. The property has central heating and a fan available should have a heatwave!
