We are in the tropics, surrounded by nature, so small harmless insects may appear. No SMOKING is permitted inside the property. Pool hours are from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Perfect for those looking for beach, tranquility and connection with nature. 🌿☀️ Guest access Parking and pool shared between building residents and guests. Important note about PARKING: • We have only 7 internal spaces for 11 studios. • It is mandatory to notify when booking if you need parking, especially on Fridays and Saturdays. • In the event that one vehicle blocks the exit of another, we will coordinate with guests to move it so that the other vehicle can exit. • No free space is guaranteed for any guest. • It is mandatory to send the vehicle registration and description details after booking. • Management is not responsible for any damage that may occur to vehicles, inside or outside the property.
