No need for a car as you can easily walk to the beautiful Coolangatta beaches, shops and cafes from this centrally located apartment. Master bedroom with Queen Bed overlooking garden balcony. Second bedroom with double bed. The space This apartment is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your beachside stay. Perfect for those who want to be in the centre of everything and stroll to all the best shops, beaches and restaurants. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to cook at home if you feel like staying in and relaxing. As it is our family holiday home, there are plenty of condiments and homely items that you’re welcome to use. The open plan living room has wall mounted flat screen television with soundbar. The beautiful indoor hanging plants are a feature of this room. The large private balcony is covered in synthetic grass and has a beautiful garden for a relaxing outdoor experience. (Please note the balcony railing is quite low… not really suitable for young children) The master bedroom is a beautiful light filled room with Queen Size bed and bamboo linen. Gaze out from the bed onto the gorgeous balcony plants. The second bedroom features a Double Bed and wall mounted Smart TV to keep the kids entertained while you relax on the balcony. The retro bathroom contains shower, toilet and a deep relaxing bath. Guest access Very short taxi ride from Coolangatta airport. You can walk to both Kirra and Coolangatta beaches and shops easily from this apartment. Off street parking is available if you do have a vehicle. There is strictly no parking on area outside garages. Other things to note This is a peaceful relaxed apartment complex. No parties or loud noise please. There are friendly neighbours in this small five apartment complex. You may hear some neighbour footsteps, vacuuming etc. As the apartment is right in town, there is some traffic noise when the doors and windows are open. No smoking.
