Immediately ▪ inform the Host and the authorities of any incident, abnormal use, damage, disturbance, interference or atypical fact that occurred at THE VILLA MARINA, as well as those harmful to safety, quiet, health and/or the ordinary limits of tolerance of residents who live in the neighborhood. ▪ Respect and make everyone present at THE VILLA MARINA respect the legislation, including the rules of the Code of Postures of the Municipality of Rio de Janeiro and the local Silence Law. ▪ Do not promote disturbance or quietness of others (through sound instruments or acoustic signals, noise, shouting, noise, events, parties, agglomerations, among others) and do not allow the emission of noises in THE VILLA MARINA to exceed 55 decibels in the daytime period (between 7am and 8pm) and 50 decibels in the nighttime period (from 8pm to 7am). ▪ Provide the listing with the name and full details of the people who will be transiting to THE VILLA MARINA, as well as the vehicles authorized to park on site during the period of use. ▪ Do not allow crowds, parties or events at THE VILLA MARINA. ▪ Do not enter the interior of THE VILLA MARINA (or sit on furniture, sofas, beds, puffs and/or tables), while they are wet or using sunscreen or equivalent chemicals. ▪ Do not smoke anywhere in THE VILLA MARINA. # The amounts referring to the consumption of guests with (i) Light and (ii) Water are not included in the daily rate of the rental and will be charged separately, through measuring on the clock and hydrometer, upon the check in e do check out (Light: R$1.25|kWh, Water: R$50.00 m3). The lodging | rental | use will be terminated by right by the Host, regardless of any prior notice or interpellation, for non-compliance with any condition, clause or rule established above, in which case THE VILLA MARINA will be immediately and compulsorily resumed, including by police force, if there is objection or resistance on the part of the guest, visitor or occupant. ______________________________ THE VILLA MARINA | RULES When booking and joining, each guest and visitor (as well as everyone present at THE VILLA MARINA) undertakes to: ▪ Preserve and ensure the perfect physical integrity, cleanliness, security and maintenance of THE VILLA MARINA and the furniture, installations, equipment and collections that it contains. ▪ Preserve and maintain THE VILLA MARINA in perfect conditions and in the perfect condition in which it was received on the date of use. ▪ Be responsible for any damages caused to THE VILLA MARINA, furniture, equipment and|or third parties. ▪ Do not transfer, lease, lease, lend to (or allow it to be used by) third parties THE VILLA MARINA, nor the rights relating to this. ▪ Immediately vacate THE VILLA MARINA and return it to the Host, free of people and things, in perfect condition and in the state in which it was received on the date of use, at the end of the period of use. ▪ Use THE VILLA MARINA, solely and exclusively, as provided and not change, in whole or in part, the exclusive destination. ▪ Do not exceed the limit number of occupants and/or visitors of THE VILLA MARINA. ▪ Strictly observe all the terms and conditions of use of THE VILLA MARINA. ▪ Provide the Host (and their representative) with wide and free access, as well as the unrestricted right to examine and inspect THE VILLA MARINA at any time, during the term of use. ▪ Keep and ensure that everyone present at THE VILLA MARINA keeps the place always clean, maintained, safe and properly used, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein, at their own expense and responsibility. ▪ Immediately inform the Host and the authorities about any incident, abnormal use, damage, disturbance, interference or unusual fact that occurs at THE VILLA MARINA, as well as those harmful to safety, peace of mind, health and/or the ordinary limits of tolerance of residents living in the neighborhood. ▪ Respect and ensure that everyone present at THE VILLA MARINA respects the legislation, including the norms of the Code of Conduct of the Municipality of Rio de Janeiro and the local Law of Silence. ▪ Do not disturb or calm others (through sound instruments or acoustic signals, noise, shouting, racket, events, parties, crowds, among others) and do not allow the emission of noise in THE VILLA MARINA to exceed 55 decibels during the day (between 7 am and 8 pm) and 50 decibels at night (from 8 pm to 7 am). ▪ Provide a list with the name and complete details of the people who will pass through THE VILLA MARINA, as well as the vehicles authorized to park on site during the period of use. ▪ Do not allow crowds, parties or events at THE VILLA MARINA. ▪ Do not enter THE VILLA MARINA's interior (or sit on furniture, sofas, beds, puffs and/or tables) while they are wet or using sunscreen or equivalent chemical products. ▪ No smoking anywhere in THE VILLA MARINA. # The values ​​referring to the consumption of guests with (i) Light and (ii) Water are not included in the daily rental price and will be charged separately, through measurement on the clock and hydrometer, at the time of check in and check out (Light: R$1.25|kWh, Water: R$50.00 m3). Hosting | leasing | use will be terminated by operation of law by the Host, regardless of any prior notice or interpellation, for breach of any condition, clause or rule established above, in which case THE VILLA MARINA will be resumed, immediately and compulsorily, including by police force, if any objection or resistance by the guest, visitor or occupant.
