Timrad cottage on Gärdet in Gärdsmark

Timrad summer cottage with bedroom, loft, toilet and living room/kitchen with fantastic views over the meadows and the lake. 10 km to the city and 5 km to Rönnbäckens golf course . Here, stay in the middle of fields, meadow, lake, and hills and meet big spov, tofsvipa, and our own recurring cranes. It offers moments of silence but also moments of intense bird life. With a little luck, you can also see moose, deer, hare and fox. The space The living room/kitchen has a wood-burning iron stove and there is access to birch wood. The kitchen is fully equipped for at least 8 people with a cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee maker, cold and hot water. The bedroom has two single beds and drapery facing the living room. There is a sofa bed in the living room and access to two beds in the loft for slightly larger children/young people. Access to TV with Canal digital subscription. The bathroom has a separate, shower cabin and washing machine. The water comes from own deep drilled well and is cold and good for drinking. There is a large porch with outdoor furniture and a view of the lake. There has been a cat and a dog in the cabin. If pets are desired to be brought, please enter it in the request. Smoking is not allowed in the cabin. Other things to note The cottage is located in the middle of the meadows. This means that you can be disturbed (or enjoy) that the field is ploughed, that the crops are sown or harvested. At the beginning of summer there are tofsvips and big spovs that can disturb in the morning, later in the summer the cranes can sound quite a lot in the morning. But if you like birds, it's a great opportunity to be close to them. Skellefteå expands and so does Gärdsmark! That means it's soaked and nailed a lot in the village and new houses are growing.
