Timrad cottage on Gärdet in Gärdsmark

Log cabin with bedroom, loft, toilet and living room/kitchen with fantastic views of the meadows and the lake. 10 km to the city and 5 km to Rönnbäcken golf course. Here you can stay in the middle of fields, meadows, lakes and hills and meet the great snipe, ruff and our own returning cranes. There are moments of silence here but also moments of intense bird life. With a little luck, you can also see moose, deer, hare and fox. The space The living room/kitchen has a wood-fired iron stove and there is access to birch wood. The kitchen is fully equipped for at least 8 people with stove, fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee maker, cold and hot water. The bedroom has two single beds and a curtain facing the living room. There is a sofa bed in the living room and access to two beds in the loft for slightly older children/teenagers. Access to TV with Canal digital subscription. The bathroom has a separate shower cabin and washing machine. The water comes from its own deep well and is cold and good to drink. There is a large veranda with outdoor furniture and views of the lake. There have been cats and dogs in the cottage. If you wish to bring pets, please indicate this in the request. Smoking is not allowed in the cottage. Other things to note The cottage is located in the middle of the meadows. This means that you can be disturbed (or enjoy) the field being plowed, the crops being sown or harvested. At the beginning of the summer there are ruffs and great snipes that can disturb in the morning, later in the summer the cranes can make quite a lot of noise in the morning. But if you like birds, it's a great opportunity to be close to them. Skellefteå is expanding and so is Gärdsmark! This means that there is a lot of sawing and nailing in the village and new houses are emerging.
