Studio & Private Garden in La Possession

27 m² studio and its garden, quiet and independent, with kitchenette and bathroom, all with park views. Ideally located between Saint-Denis, Le Port and Saint-Gilles, you can quickly drive to the beaches of Ermitage, on an excursion or for work. The private garden and its facilities, (arbor, BBQ), are freely accessible. No parking on site but you can drop off your luggage or groceries and then park safely on the adjacent street, (less than 50 m). The space The studio is independent of the rest of the house. It consists of a bedroom (box bed/storage/TV/armchair/side table), a separate fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom (with washing machine/toilet/walk-in shower). Guest access Access to the property is through the main gate of the house, then guests access the studio through a separate gate. Use of the garden and its facilities is free. Other things to note We have three dogs and three cats, all very nice. We will ensure that they do not disturb your stay (the dogs do not go down to the garden accessible to guests), but we do not recommend renting our studio to people who do not appreciate the company, even discreet, of animals (cats can be curious).
