This beautiful period home is full of character, and updated and modern in all its conveniences. This comfortable double bedroom includes a double bed, desk, wardrobe, ample shelving and cupboard space, plus great wifi. Airbnb guests have exclusive use of the large family bathroom with a separate bath and shower space. Your bedroom view is overlooking blossom trees and evergreens. Your double bed with luxurious deep mattress will accommodate two, if required. Please note this is a fully non-smoking space. We prefer to not host smokers as the smell of smoke could linger for future guests. Guest access Guests have access to their room, a lovely spacious bathroom just for guests and a convenient kitchenette on the landing outside the bedroom. During your stay This is a family home, with family living downstairs and Airbnb space upstairs. Your room is your own and we respect your need for quiet and relaxation. You will be offered high quality linens and fluffy towels. Anything further you require, just ask! Please note we do not provide breakfast, although we keep the landing area stocked with tea and coffee. You will have ample space in the fridge and your room to store your own food etc. For a quick bite/cuppa, you will have a kettle, toaster and microwave just outside your door on the first floor landing. Other things to note There is a launderette, mini Co-op and chip shop 5 minutes walk away. And two fabulous pubs with food 5-10 minutes walk away. Also, a park just 3 houses away and woodland nature reserve around the corner. Bohemian Moseley and Kings Heath villages are a beautiful 30 minute walk along tree-lined roads. The city centre is a 20 minute bus ride away and the bus stop is 5 minute walk.
