It has a great location at Malecón de la Reserva with an easy walk to Larcomar, the seaside shopping center next door with numerous dining and retail selections. Miraflores is located within walking distance to the beach and offers modern amenities, Asian and Peruvian cuisine at restaurants, and ocean views. The space Barranco is situated along the Pacific Coast in Lima, sandwiched between Lima’s upscale Miraflores district to the north and Chorrillos to the south. The neighborhood with beach access, a beautiful bridge and plaza, there’s no other place you’ll want to be in Lima. Barranco has been home to some of Peru’s and Latin America’s finest artists, offering them beauty and inspiration. it’s a must-visit while in the City of Kings. Barranco has earned a reputation as the bohemian district of Lima because of its bright buildings, beautiful street art, and charming streets. It’s also home to Lima’s best bars and some of its best restaurants – and definitely some of the best coffee shop. A short walk from Barranco’s main plaza, you come to La Puente de Los Suspiros (the Bridge of Sighs), which at night looks like something straight out of Disneyland. There’s a reason that artists from all over Peru flock to Barranco and find inspiration in the bridge: it is probably the most romantic place in Lima. Take a walk to the beach during the day, and at night be taken in by its charm and quaint beauty. Barranco is filled with colonial mansions that have been turned into boutique bars. One of the best is Ayahuasca, which boasts an impressive, almost overwhelming cocktail list, and has hidden rooms with vibrant lights and décor that set just the right mood for their house drink, the Ayahuasca Sour. Barranco is home to several of Lima’s best museums, such as the Museum of Contemporary Art (MAC) and MATE, a museum dedicated to Peru’s most famous photographer, Mario Testino. There are also art galleries springing up all over Barranco every day, so take a walk and perhaps you’ll come across some contemporary Peruvian art. Guest access In accordance with the condominium rules, we must provide information about our guests to the condominium management before their arrival, that is, the names of each guest and their identification details. Guests whose names or IDs do not match the information provided to the concierge CANNOT enter the building. Inside the building there are common areas, which will be in some private and some shared areas, some have a cost and others are free. The pool is free, shared with another apartment. Gym is free, shared with another apartment. Cinema is free and private The stove is free. It will be shared with other apartments. Adult room (Billiards), is private, has a one-time cost of S/.50.00, a guarantee of S/.110, will be returned at the end of its use. Grill, it is private, it has a single cost of S/.50.00 plus S/.145.00 (guarantee that will be returned later). Regarding the services: Laundry is free, shared with other apartments, minimum 3 days of stay. Parking, it costs S/.25 per day, it is inside the building, it is private. ANY RESERVATION IS WITH ADVANCE NOTICE AND AVAILABILITY OF SPACE Other things to note The apartment is equipped with video surveillance ONLY at the entrance door and noise detector. (no cameras inside the bedroom). The main door is being checked to determine the number of guests and the noise level to avoid any type of party.
