You are welcomed to make any meals on your own. We would appreciate it if you could clean up after cooking. - Super large parking (helicopters can land) and the most important is free. - BBQ's service for the group. - Reception's area with lounge and bar. - Plus a park nearby for those are willing to go for a walk and relax. - The house is cozy like your own home and the host is extremely cute and enthusiastic. - We are located at GOLF VALLEY of Dalat centre. Our place is closed by Dalat Night market, Xuan Huong lake but really quiet and peaceful. - Transportation is easily access and wide road. - Close to restaurants, hospital, super market, department store in about 1 km. - You can access to all the modern cooking tools, as well as the large fridge and the outdoor BBQ equipment. - We have a huge parking for your cars or vans without extra fee. - You can use everything while staying at my house. Motorbike or car rental (4/7/16/29/50 seats). + We will need you to take a photo of the front of your ID or Passport (including passport information, visa and entry stamp) of everyone to register your stay information with the local authorities. + Guests are not allowed to move any furniture inside the home. In the case of loss or damage to property, guests must cover the cost of damage repair which will be charged when checking out. + For easy storage of money, documents and valuable every room has a private room key. We recommend our guests should always keep money and valuables along. The home will not be responsible under any condition for the loss of money and valuables. + Please do not smoke inside the bedroom with any reason, we will charge you $50 for smoking in the wrong place. You can smoke outside the home or designated areas. + Please turn off all the electrics and to close the windows when going outside. + The hot water system is automatic so you don't need to adjust anything, if you need any help inside the home just contact to me ! + We only clean the home before your check in and after your check out, any other extra cleaning services will need to be paid separately. Please contact me for extra cleaning service during your stay. *** During your stay, I will stay in another small room to take care of whenever you need.
